“Reply has been around for a long time, and I've used it a lot in the past to run multi-channel outbound campaigns. I find that the features they built are geared towards more established outbound teams that need a really tight integration with the CRM. Previously, Reply was one of the only tools that had a great Salesforce and HubSpot integration, but other tools have caught up recently. They've also doubled down on the AI SDR play. Might still be early days, but worth experimenting with. ”
